Orders, Shipments and Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL or United States Postal Service with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping for all orders within the United States, or International orders shipping fees are automatically calculated at the check-out and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 


When will I receive my order confirmation?

After placing an order on vipmarketplace.com, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation includes:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) ordered

  • Description

  • Quantities

  • Price of each item

  • Shipping address(es)

  • Billing address

  • Payment information

Please print and/or save this confirmation. It can be used for future reference to check the status of your order.

Please note: If you do not receive an order confirmation within an hour check your spam folder and/or add the following email address to your contacts to ensure timely communication: "inquiries@vipfirstclass.com".


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order number in your shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number, allowing you to track your order on vipmarketplace.com. You can view your order status by logging into your account.

Please note: It may take 24-72 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on FedEx, UPS, DHL or United States Postal Service websites.


When will I receive my order?

Below is a list of estimated shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouses and delivered to you. Your order confirmation email will include an estimated shipment date(s) depending on delivery method. 'Business days' means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day.

For shipments to non-EU countries, the customs duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information.



We do not offer/accept product exchanges at this time. 


Return damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your merchandise arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, no worries! Returns can be made up to 10 days after shipping. You may return it for a refund within 10 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from vipmarketplace.com. A return merchandise authorization number can be requested by contacting our staff at inquiries@vipfirstclass.com. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, dustbags, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. 


How do I return damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise?

Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.  Please email inquiries@vipfirstclass.com and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Description of item(s) you wish to return

We'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. For international orders, the refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender.

Please note: We only accept refunds for the receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.


Can I return merchandise that has been worn, used or altered?

No, we will not accept a return of merchandise that has been:

  • Worn

  • Washed

  • Damaged

  • Used

  • Altered

All returns are subject to evaluation by the VIP MarketPlace. We only accept refunds for the receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.
